Eligibility and Discord Access

You must have a Discord account and permission to manage any Discord server you connect to Rust Boom Bot. You are responsible for activity performed through your Discord account and for ensuring that your use of Rust Boom Bot complies with Discord's terms and your server rules.

Service Features

Rust Boom Bot provides Rust-focused Discord tools, including player tracking, clan grouping, activity summaries, alerts, timezone-aware reports, and boom calculations. Activity windows, confidence labels, and raid timing information are observational summaries and are not guarantees.

Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Prices, billing intervals, and included features are shown at checkout. By starting a paid subscription, you authorize Stripe to charge the selected payment method for recurring fees until the subscription is cancelled.

You can cancel a subscription through Rust Boom Bot where supported. Cancellation disables future premium access according to the subscription state returned by Stripe. Fees already paid are generally non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly approved by Rust Boom Bot.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Rust Boom Bot to break the law, abuse Discord, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or reverse engineer protected systems, or use the service in a way that harms other users, Discord communities, or Rust Boom Bot infrastructure.

Third-Party Services

Rust Boom Bot depends on third-party services such as Discord, Stripe, and external Rust server or player data providers. Rust Boom Bot is not responsible for outages, data errors, account restrictions, policy changes, or other actions by those third parties.

Changes and Availability

Rust Boom Bot may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.

Disclaimer

Rust Boom Bot is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Rust Boom Bot disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Rust Boom Bot will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, or service interruptions arising from your use of the service.
