What to Include
For faster help, include your Discord server name, Discord server ID if you have it, the channel or feature affected, the command or dashboard action you were using, and any error message you saw.
Billing Help
For subscription issues, include the Discord server connected to the subscription and the email address used at Stripe checkout. Do not send full payment card details.
Discord Setup Help
If the bot is not visible, commands are missing, or a channel cannot be configured, check that Rust Boom Bot is still installed in the server and that your Discord account has permission to manage the server.
Report Data Issues
For tracked player, clan activity, alert, or timezone issues, include the clan name, player name, expected behavior, observed behavior, and the approximate time the issue occurred.
